A fence dividing a sewage canal with the Los Héroes 2 subdivision in Chalco was broken. Thousands of liters of pestilent water are flooding the place. The neighbors are desperate because the water level is rising. They need help from municipal authorities and firefighters to place a barricade with sacks and stop the passage of the contaminated water. #Edomex
