Sherri Shepherd Settles Custody Battle

Sherri Shepherd's bitter divorce may finally be over. TMZ is reporting the former "View" host and her ex Lamar Sally have struck a deal in monthly child support. But here's the twist, Sherri can still pursue her fraud claim and if she wins the appeal she is off the hook for child support. There's one more stipulation, the couple still has frozen embryos in storage. Sherri wants them destroyed but Lamar is undecided. If he brings them to full term, she is not responsible for child support.
