Greenville Shooting 1 Gunman 2 Crime Scenes Multiple Victims Senior Shot in Face

According to Police Chief Hassan Aden, the shooting happened at about 11:50 a.m. The gunman, who has not been identified, first shot a person inside the Kellum Law Firm off Greenville Boulevard, before shooting three people at the nearby Walmart, Chief Aden said. Their extent of injuries were unknown. The suspect then engaged in a gun fight with police and deputies, and was shot on Hooker Road, Chief Aden added. The suspect was then taken into custody. Witnesses at a nearby Japanese steakhouse said they they heard, "boom boom boom boom boom." They said they also heard gunshots from behind the Toys R' Us and saw people running from the scene. Greenville Boulevard is closed from Memorial Drive to Evans Street as dozens of police officers and deputies remain on scene.
